We have received several reports of an issue with the Medical Care Recurrence Times Setup. The time on medical recurrences setup using these defaults may be off by up to 3 hours.

One workaround is to adjust the recurrence time in setup (Admin>Admin Options>Setup>Medical) to account for this difference until the issue has been corrected.

The Development team is aware and investigating the cause and a correction. Updates will be posted here as they become available.
