Identified - The 24Pet Professional Portal development teams have been able to identify an issue where dogs are displaying as reptiles in the portal. This is a incorrect display issue, these animals are properly identified as dogs in the 24Petwatch database. Our development teams are working to correct this issue as soon as possible, but please note, this will have no impact on registrations or other 24Petwatch activities. Thank you!

Identified - The Pethealth development teams have discovered that animals registered through the 24Pet Professional Portal to their Pet Owners are not connecting the organizations contact information as a Reunification Contact. Our development teams are working to address this issue and are setting up processes to update records that have already been created in the 24Pet Professional Portal. Identified - The 24Pet Professional Portal development teams have identified an issue where a Pet Parents registered animal is showing No for the Consent to Share their information. This is a technical issue related to the display that our developers are working on to correct. Please note, the underlying data is accurate and we would ask you to work with our 24Petwatch teams to verify the accuracy of the consent option in any event that would cause your shelter to seek this information until we can resolve this technical issue.

Investigating - The 24Pet Professional Portal is aware of an issues where animals registered to Pet Parents may not be displaying the reunification contact. This is a technical issue related to display only; organizations listed as reunification contacts will still receive notifications in the event an animal is lost and found. We are working to correct this display error.

Investigating - Our development teams have discovered that batch uploads to the 24Pet Professional Portal has resulted in a small number of microchips not transferring ownership as per the data in the files. This is a technical issue that is currently being worked on due to animals registered to a Professional Portal Partner do not display correctly. This does not impact the 24Petwatch database, the Professional Portal Partners are listed as having ownership of the animal registered to them.
