We are currently investigating an issue where emails sent to ChameleonSupport@petplace.com are receiving an 'Undeliverable' message in response. We will post updates here as they are received. In the meantime, if you need to open a Support case via email, please use SupportCaseComment@pethealthinc.com or log into the Support Portal and submit a case directly.
