A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. We also be running an additional sync job starting at 1am Eastern to ensure all records are updated properly. Animal Search will be paused until the sync has been completed. We expect that everything will return to normal by 9am Eastern tomorrow 10/21/2026.

The issue has been identified and a correction has been released. There should be noticeable improvement in performance within the next 45 minutes to an hour.
