Investigating

We have received several reports of a random microchip number being added to Animal records in the Licensing module. We are investigating the cause and a correction. Updates will be posted here as they become available.

In the meantime, please be sure to double-check the microchip on any animal records and remove any incorrect ones before saving the animal record or License.
Removing the microchip may result in an error message. However, the number will not save if you proceed without entering a new one.
