PetPoint: Microchip number being automatically added in Licensing

Investigating - We have received several reports of a random microchip number being added to Animal records in the Licensing module. We are investigating the cause and a correction. Updates will be posted here as they become available.

In the meantime, please be sure to double-check the microchip on any animal records and remove any incorrect ones before saving the animal record or License.
Removing the microchip may result in an error message. However, the number will not save if you proceed without entering a new one.

PetPoint: Medical Care Recurrence Times Setup

Investigating - We have received several reports of an issue with the Medical Care Recurrence Times Setup. The time on medical recurrences setup using these defaults may be off by up to 3 hours.

One workaround is to adjust the recurrence time in setup (Admin>Admin Options>Setup>Medical) to account for this difference until the issue has been corrected.

The Development team is aware and investigating the cause and a correction. Updates will be posted here as they become available.
